Dance Your Way to Health!

You can dance your way to health! Dancing is one of the best ways to stay healthy in ones later years, especially coupled with swimming. Not at the same time obviously. Partner dancing is even better as it creates and cements the relationship between the partners. 

There is much research on this subject and it’s clear that to dance your way to health is the way to go and is sound advise. Dancing can be at home or indeed anywhere. If there’s not enough in your area, get out there and create it. Even watching a couple dancing creates happiness within. 

So I encourage you to turn off the TV, get off the sofa, ignore the fridge and dance your way to health and wellbeing.

Dance your way to health and you will strengthen your bones, increase your balance, reduce your  propensity to dementia and retain your memory. The more you partner dance the better you will feel. But even the occasional dance is better than none.
